3D technology has come so far in recent years and enables people to see and experience home tours even from afar. I use 3D tours to help sellers sell their home faster and to help non-local buyers tour homes.

For sure! Although Colorado has gotten expensive, there are many regions that are more affordable as well as diverse options that have a lower ticket cost. The good news is that all housing in CO is a great investment.

I will do extensive research on your area, including recent sales and comparable listings to determine a price. I will go over my reasoning and make sure that we align on everything before your home hits the market!

For sure! 3D tours have been shown to increase sales by 20% and increase buyer engagement by 300%. I personally prepare these for all of my listings at no additional cost to you.

That's a tough one! The timeline will really depend on where your house is, the condition, the size, the market, the timing, etc. The good news is that Colorado remains a very hot housing market and selling a home here tends to be easier than many other areas in the US.
